Erik Pavia - CEO

Erik Pavia is Pantheon’s founder and CEO. Prior to starting Pantheon, he was on the founding team of the marketing-tech company, Knotch, where he led operations. Before Knotch, he was on the early team at StartX, the first ever Stanford-affiliated accelerator. Erik has a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Juris Doctorate from Stanford University.

Erik was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and is a first generation American, college graduate, and entrepreneur. Outside of building Pantheon, he spends his time teaching about entrepreneurship and technology as a clinical professor at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP).

Sean Dunford - CTO

Sean Dunford is Pantheon’s CTO and cofounder. Sean was a founding engineer at Knotch, where he was a key engineer on every one of the companies core products. He first helped build and scaled an iOS app featured in the App Store, then helped the company build enterprise products for Fortune 50 companies. Sean has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida.

Sean developed and interest in health-tech and bio-hacking after taking a Quantified Self course in college. His first startup won admission into the Microsoft Imagine Cup Startup Accelerator for developing a wellness video game. Outside of Pantheon, Sean is a professional martial artist.
